Abstract: | 在本篇論文中,我們敘述了利用螢光異向性相關光譜技術研究merocyanine 540分子在不同黏度溶液中的平移與轉動擴散行為。我們的研究結果證明該分子為扁圓形分子。且所獲得之黏度與以黏度計的量測值相符。我們的研究說明螢光異向性相關光譜技術是研究微觀流體力學的有用工具。 In this thesis, we report the investigation of translational and rotational diffusion behaviors of merocyanine 540 in viscous fluids with anisotropy fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS). Our experimental result supports that the molecule is an oblate ellipsoid. The extracted viscosity values match almost perfectly with the ones measured by viscometer. Our study demonstrates that anisotropy FCS is indeed a powerful method to examine microscopic hydrodynamic behaviors. |
