Abstract: | 本論文主要在討論具功因校正之浮動式全橋相移式外部電極螢光燈管驅動電路,在傳統的二級式燈管驅動電路中,輸入交流電壓先經由交流/直流轉換器將電壓降壓為12V或24V的直流之後,再經由升壓式轉換器升壓至外部電極螢光燈管所需的起動電壓而將燈管點亮,此項工作方式會因變壓器的匝數比隨著燈管起動電壓越來越高及開關損耗過大使得整體效率因而降低,同時也會產生散熱、電磁干擾、及功因不佳等問題。傳統冷陰極管在驅動上無法作多燈管並聯的使用,使得換流器的數目增加,不但帶來切換損失,同時也降低電路效率。
針對以上的缺點,本文使用升壓式轉換電路做為主動功因校正器架構,進行交流/直流轉換提供給全橋相移式換流器作為穩定的電壓輸入,並且達到很高的功率因數。使用全橋相移式脈波寬度調變極控制,使換流器在切換過程達零電壓切換,降低切換過程的損耗,燈管採用外部電極螢光燈管,由於可直接並聯使用,在應用於多燈管的系統上可減少換流器的數目。燈管驅動方式採用浮動式全橋驅動,可降低應用長燈管時的變壓器匝數比,最後綜合以上的方式實作一台外部電極螢光燈驅動電路,以實驗結果驗證理論分析。 The aim of this thesis is to study and implement a high power factor floating full-bridge phase-shifted pulse-width-modulation converter for driving the external electrode fluorescent lamps. A high power factor and high efficiency is easily achieved by using a boost power factor corrector in the front stage to produce a high output voltage for the inverter stage. To attain a high conversion efficiency of the inverter, the phase shift full bridge converter which can achieve zero voltage switching operations is used. The external electrode fluorescent lamps which can be directly paralleled with each other is adopted to reduce the quantity of inverters. The total performance is greatly improved as compared with the traditional two-stage driver, where the poor power factor, low efficiency, and unable to parallel lamps directly characteristics make it not suitable for paralleled lamps applications. The theoretical analysis is then verified by experiments on the implemented prototype. |
