Abstract: | 在本篇論文中,我們利用三維的時域擬譜法(pseudospectral time-domain technique)去模擬及探討幹細胞的光學特性。由於幹細胞(stem cell)是生物體內具有分化能力的細胞,在分化的過程中,幹細胞內的染色質(chromatin)會產生結構和分佈上的變化。我們建構了一個簡單的細胞模型,模擬不同數量染色質的散射光場分佈。我們的主要目的是想瞭解幹細胞在分化過程中,染色質結構及分佈上的改變與散射光場變化之間的關係。 In this thesis, we apply the pseudospectral time-domain technique to simulate and investigate the optical properties of stem cell. Stem cells are the cells that have the ability to renew and differentiate in multicellular organisms. In the process of differentiation, the structure and distribution of chromatins might change. We construct a simple cell model. The scattered light distributions are simulated with different amounts of chromatins. We would like to understand that during the differentiation of stem cell, the relationship between the structural changes of chromatins and the scattered light distributions. |
