| Abstract: | 在土耳其(Turkey)廢除菸酒專賣後，臺灣係全世界唯一實施菸酒專賣之國家。2002年我國正式成為世界貿易組織會員國後，鑒於過去為期80年菸酒專賣制度之特殊歷史背景，本文試圖經由美、日、大陸地區、澳洲與歐盟等國酒類管理法制之比較，兼採我國實務、學界與國際規範問題之判斷及估量，探討消費者保護觀點下，對於現行《菸酒管理法》酒類強制與選擇標示項目，提出擬制與調整之建議。 |
