Title: 串音雜訊和轉角不連續之改善

Abstract: 本論文中主要分為兩大部分。第一部分為設計接地防護線來降低串音,第二差模轉角補償電流路徑之修正。
首先討論串音之形成。探討接地防護線對於串音的影響。藉由接地防護線特性,應用在電路延遲線來改善時域的反射以及透射訊號。並且實驗和模擬
來驗證接地線可以有效降低串音雜訊。
當兩差模轉角有相位段變化時,造成的共模噪音。對於短上升時間,提出等效長度之影響做出修正。最後再以比較其共模雜訊來驗證修正路徑之準確性。
最後則是本文的結論。
Crosstalk between coupled microstrip lines can degrade the signal integrity. To reduce the crosstalk, Guard Trace filled vias which are shorted to reference plane can be inserted in the side of aggressor line to prevent the unwanted noise.
In this thesis, the vias of a grounded guard trace to decrease the coupling strength between the microstrip lines is proposed. Additionally, experimental results, while compared with simulations, are presented to demonstrate the effects of guard traces on the prediction and generation of crosstalk noise in time domain. Using guard traces to improve TDR and TDT signal integrity and Eye diagrams are performed in this thesis.
In other hands, differential signaling is another popular choice for multi-gigabit digital applications in favor of its low-noise generation and high common-mode noise immunity. In this thesis presented a design frequency dependence method to extract the equivalent trace length of discontinuity bend. It can obtain the best common mode noise.
