Abstract: 傳動元件產業為了根留臺灣、放眼世界,致力投入研發高附加價值產品市場已經是不可逃避的唯一途徑。
針對傳動元件產業,需往技術門檻較高的產品開發(如防塵、低噪音、高精度等),傳動元件廠商必須要進行高附加價值產品的設計與製造系統技術開發,並進行上下游產業的整合,促成群聚效應而直接與國際品牌聯結,提高整個產業價值鏈的附加價值。
再者,傳動元件廠商必須累積品牌的優勢並增加辨識度,以利於全球進行產品的推廣。未來幾年在銷售通路上還是會以OEM及透過經銷商的模式,產品的開發上會以微小型及較大的尺寸發展;以產業別來看,機器人、物料搬運、可再生能源和醫療領域等都是須要積極佈局的市場。
The linear motiont industry in Taiwan has to devote its efforts to the research and develop task of high valued-added products to compete with other major players in a competitive market.
For the linear motiont component industry, product development (such as dust prevention, low noise, high precision, etc.) is required for higher technical thresholds. Linear motiont manufacturers must develop high-value-added product design and manufacturing system technologies, and integrate upstream firms with downstream firms. Promoting cluster effects and linking directly with international brands to increase the value of components is a key to the success in the linear motion industry.
If the brand name image of transmission components is not well-known, it is difficult for end-users to identify them. Therefore, it is necessary to accumulate the advantages of the brand and increase the recognition of the product in the world.In the next few years, the sales channels will still be based on OEM and dealership. The development of products will be developed both in mini-size and larger sizes. From an industry perspective, linear motion components are widely used in the fields of robots, materials handling, renewable energy, and medical fields. All of these are potential markets
