台灣金融科技市場契機與創業機會之探討

Abstract

金融科技(Financial Technology或稱為FinTech)為當前金融產業的新興市場趨勢，對於傳統金融機構有重大的衝擊，也快速轉變人們消費購物的習慣。其中金融科技產業中成長最快速的區塊為行動支付(mobile payment)。行動支付提升民眾購物的便利性和金流透明度，而配合國家基礎建設的升級，也一併帶動國家產業的發展。本研究透過文獻收集和深度訪談探討行動支付產業當前的商機和創業機會。研究結果顯現核心技術、足夠資金、用戶規模、使用情境、管理能力和發展策略為行動支付業者的關鍵營運要素。

The financial technology industry (or FinTech industry) is currently the latest market trend, causing massive impact to traditional financial institutions, and rapidly changing the consumption and purchasing habits of consumers. Within the FinTech industry, the most fast-growing segment is the mobile payment market. Mobile payments enhance the convenience of purchases and the transparency of cash flows. Alongside enhancements made to national infrastructures, the mobile payment market can also enhance national competitiveness. This study used literature reviews and interviews to examine the market and entrepreneurship opportunities of the mobile payment market. The results of this study showed that the key operational factors of mobile payment companies include core technologies, sufficient funds, large user base, varied usage scenarios, management capabilities and development strategies.
