Abstract: 隨著工業4.0和中國製造2025的提出,機器視覺技術已經成為智慧製造的“風口”技術,機器視覺也是人工智慧中很重要的一個分支,機器視覺技術已經深入我們的生產,根據近幾年機器視覺行業報告顯示,行業總體量每年都在以40%左右幅度在持續增長。本文針對機器視覺技術對企業技術層面、管理層面、組織架構及人力成本層面進行剖析。
機器視覺技術涵蓋面廣,需要光學、機械、電子、影像處理、模式識別以及物件導向的程式設計技術,對人才培養提出了很大的挑戰。高校具備扎實的理論基礎,掌握前沿技術理論,而企業熟悉行業應用需求,創新發展趨勢以及清楚人才能力的要求。校企合作必將能快速推動產業升級和行業發展,因此推動產教融合,培養創新型,實戰型機器視覺人才工作迫在眉睫。因此,本文基於目前機器視覺及智慧製造發展的現狀,探索機器視覺在智慧製造應用的過程中,探討機器視覺企業人才培養的方式與方法。
本文研究並總結現有關於機器視覺在智慧製造中的成果;其次,根據目前機器視覺在智慧製造業中的發展現狀,深入分析機器視覺在發展過程中存在的問題;進而,以現有的問題為導向,介紹了本文的創新點;最後,分析了機器視覺未來的發展趨勢。
With the introduction of Industry 4.0 and China Manufacturing 2025, machine vision technology has become a 'window' technology for intelligent manufacturing. Machine vision is also a very important branch of artificial intelligence. Machine vision technology has penetrated into our production, according to machines in recent years. According to the visual industry report, the total volume of the industry continues to grow at an annual rate of around 40%. This paper analyzes the technical level, management level, organizational structure and labor cost level of machine vision technology.
Machine vision technology covers a wide range of applications, including optics, mechanics, electronics, image processing, pattern recognition, and object-oriented programming techniques, posing a major challenge to talent development. Colleges and universities have a solid theoretical foundation, master the cutting-edge technology theory, and the enterprise is familiar with the industry application needs, innovation development trends and the requirements of clear talent capabilities. School-enterprise cooperation will be able to quickly promote industrial upgrading and industry development, promote the integration of production and education, and cultivate innovative, practical machine vision talents is imminent. Based on the current status of machine vision and intelligent manufacturing development, this paper explores the ways and methods of machine vision enterprise talent training in the process of intelligent manufacturing application.
This paper studies and summarizes the existing achievements in machine vision in intelligent manufacturing. Secondly, according to the current development status of machine vision in intelligent manufacturing, it deeply analyzes the problems existing in the development of machine vision; For the guidance, the innovation of this paper is introduced. Finally, the development trend of machine vision in the future is analyzed.
