Abstract: | 金融科技的詞彙已經在業界盛行一陣子,無論是傳統金融業或是電商、數據公司皆想搶食這塊龐大的市場,從支付、電子錢包、P2P借貸、保險、機器人投顧以及募集資金。在十年前,一切流程都還是人與人面對面溝通、洽談生意,而未來,人與人已不需要再見面,所有金流相關手續皆在雲端上可以完成。
世界各地的電商早已開始行動,有了數據、創新想法後,不需要仰賴龐大的金融機構,依賴程式與互聯網已創造無數金融科技公司。起初,金融機構雖然紛紛發想如何跟上金融科技,但龐大的組織還是不容易跟上金融科技公司的腳步,並且開始有了合作、併購,希望可以走在金融科技最前端。但是否能夠守住市場仍是大問題。 在台灣,現有的金融機構還受到法規的保戶,新創金融科技公司無論是從事借貸、募資都還是會綁手綁腳,更遑論保險科技、機器人投顧等較新穎的金融科技公司。但本論文依然會針對現在台灣現況做出合理的應對策略,即使現在無法辦到,相信該商業模式可以不斷延用,當有法規鬆綁時,可以搶先在第一時間進入市場。 創新,首先要模仿。本論文會先參照中國大陸的眾安保險商業模式,探究其競爭優勢、合作方式以及現有保險商品設計邏輯,再加以歸納真正可行的方法為何。保險科技中的價值創造,從市場需求、聯盟、市場趨勢等要點,來建立價值創造循環(Value Creation Cycle)。 Fintech has been a popular issue in financial industry nowadays. No matter traditional financial institute, e-commerce, and Big-Data companies are all want to earn form the market share. For instance, payment, e-wallet, P2P lending, insurance, wealth management and crowd funding are all combined with Fintech. The services were all completed face-to-face ten years ago, nevertheless, they are all done by automation and the cash flow will all be liquidated on the internet. All the e-commerce all over the world had started their strategies to develop Fintech, most of all, Big-data accompanied with idea-creativities can replace the traditional insurance institution. At the meantime, financial institutions struggled, but they were too big to change by themselves. Therefore, they tried to merge other kinds of companies to get resources. In Taiwan, the financial institutions are protected by Financial Supervisory Commission and the law it stipulated. The startups face legal barrier until now, especially for P2P lending, wealth management and insurance. But in this thesis, we still eager to find out how the Insurance Fintech in Taiwan work practically. Despite the hardship, we can still create a new business model and finally make a Value-Creation-Cycle to apply in the future. Successful imitation before innovation may be a better way. The thesis would first explain the business model of Zhongan Insurance company - the first Insurtech company in China, by the way, analyse their competencies and cooperation methods. At the end, find out a feasible method to achieve the competencies of it and apply it in Taiwan. |
