兩岸銀髮商機的策略

Abstract

大陸與台灣地區已經邁入老年人市場，本研究即以兩岸銀髮族為研究對象，了解兩岸銀髮族社會照顧服務之內容與作為以及兩岸銀髮族社會照顧服務之內容與產業發展現況。並且對於兩岸未來銀髮族社會照顧進行供給與需求分析，以期望能找出未來新商機並提供廠商未來發展策略。本研究將未來商機歸類為智慧家庭、健康照護科技、銀髮族購屋產品、學習教育、營養保健食品及飲食支援、金融保險及財富管理、網路購物、觀光旅遊及健身、老人照護機構及照護人力訓練機構、心理輔導師及家庭生活支援規劃師及老人娛樂，業者可朝這些方向延伸產品線或進行多角化。而台灣地區擁有優良就醫環境及相關次產業發展完備可以發展國際化醫療。大陸地區發展策略可往較低醫療專業且具有高服務價值的方式進入市場，與政府著重公立醫療機構進行差異化策略與市場分工。台灣與大陸主要城市可以發展科技式照護、管理顧問、醫療器材、健康管理等。

Mainland China and Taiwan have already become the age of elder people. This research focuses on social care services of senior citizens and investigates the industry development of elder people. In addition, this research performs supply and demand analysis of the industry on senior citizens and hopes to find the new business opportunities and to help the firm develop the proper strategies in the future. The future business opportunities include smart home products ,health-care technology, home,education, health food and food support, financial planning and insurance, internet shopping, tourist and sports, long-term care institution, psychological counselor, family support planner and elder amusement. Firms in Taiwan can develop international medicare due to the excellent medical environment and complete development of sub-industry of medicare.In mainland China, firms can enter the medical market in the field which could have the characteristics of lower medical profession and higher service value. This strategy complements the strategic direction of the China government about the market and fill the total markets through the cooperation. Firms in the main cities in mainland China and Taiwan can develop technological care devices, medical equipment,management consultants and health management.
