Abstract: 本研究以GJ期貨有限公司(以下簡稱“GJ期貨”)為研究物件,研究設計GJ期貨未來五年的戰略規劃。
首先,概述了GJ期貨的基本情況,提出研究的問題。
其次,闡述了戰略管理的主要理論,PEST分析、波特五力分析模型以及SWOT分析;再次,根據理論指導,從國際期貨業態和國內期貨業態兩個角度對公司的外部發展環境進行分析;從歷史沿革、控股股東、註冊資本、經營狀況、合規風控管理等角度對公司的內部環境進行分析,並在此基礎上完成了SWOT分析。
然後,在企業內外部環境分析的基礎上,確立了公司的總體發展戰略目標——立足粵港澳大灣區,以經紀業務為基礎,實施資產管理和風險管理業務兩翼齊飛,成為行業內具有一定影響力的衍生品綜合服務提供者。
最後,本文進一步理清發展思路,明確工作重點、難點和突破點,提出了公司戰略目標實現的四大保障。
Taking GJ Futures Company Ltd. as the research object, this paper drafts the strategic planning of the company for the next five years.
First of all, based on the overview of GJ Futures Company, several issues are further raised.
Secondly, elaborates the main strategic management theories, including PEST (Politics, Economic, Society and Technology) analysis, Michael Porter's Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis. Thirdly, according to the strategic theories, analyzes the external environment of the company from the international and domestic futures perspectives; analyses the internal environment of the company from the history, the controlling shareholder, registered capital, profitability, compliance and risk management, after which completes the SWOT analysis.
Then, on the basis of the analysis of the internal and external environment, this article clearly designs the company's strategic objective–under the background of the large bay of Guangdong, Hongkong and Macao, making great progress in both asset management and risk management based on the brokerage, after which becoming a comprehensive derivatives service provider with a certain influence in the futures industry.
At last, this paper sorts out development idea, clears work focus, difficulties and breakthroughs, puts forward the four supporting measures s for the realization of the company's strategic objectives.
