Abstract: | 紅嶺創投目前擁有百萬級的用戶資源、已有的個人信貸信用評估與授信體系、已有的淨值額度體系(區別于信貸的質押借款)、基於已上線的消費理財專案且結合了消費場景與理財需求的紅嶺商城、已有的第三方商品供應商(京東商城)等資源,消費金融創新產品「分期消費信貸·分期樂購」的設計,企圖將以上資源進行垂直整合,將用戶的消費購物、分期貸款、理財需求進行有機結合,形成全交易鏈的線上閉環生態系統。
本文主要分為以下部分:第一,背景介紹;第二,商業模式設計與綜述;第三,產業分析與行銷戰略;第四,目標客群與定價策略;第五,成本結構與收益分析;第六,該產品本身的風險分析與風控對策。 通過對以上分析,論證該項目上線后將實現零試錯成本、違約風險低、效益性高;滿足國家監管方向的合規性要求;基於平台現有資源的整合故而具備可操作性;同時順應互聯網金融發展趨勢、通過閉環服務滿足用戶體驗、提高紅嶺創投平台的品牌影響力等正面影響。 Hongling Capital currently has millions of user resource, and personal credit system, online shopping mall, the third-party commodity suppliers etc. The innovative consumer financial product “installment credit · installment shopping” is designed to vertically integrate these resources, which aims to organically combine consumer demand, installment credit and investment needs to form closed-loop ecological system. |
