This thesis is basically talking about the relations between administration structures of family business and operation performance of family business. In this treatise, the administration structure of family business is divided as there parts: the company share portion of the family member compared to the non-family member and its relevant interest perspicuity problem; the coordination degree of the two main parts of the family business operation modes which include contract administration and relations administration; the inner qualities the board of directors especially the founder of the very company, the qualities may contain education level, human resource developing and managing skills, industry professional knowledge, administration level and so on. And for another big part--- performance，the author, on the whole, discusses the sales profit margin and the assets profit margin.
According to the document study of the recently years’ family business and the interview analysis method together with the method of sampling questionnaire study, the author conclude the relativity between the administration structures of family business and operation performance of business by utilizing SPSS so as to give regression analysis towards the built model. The purse of this thesis is to provide suggestions about how to better optimize the administration structures of family business so as to better improve the operation performance of family business
The expected conclusions of the thesis are as follows:
1. Introducing non-family members to the board of family business, if the portion is controlled to some degree and the interest of each part are perspicuously declared, the performance of the family business shall be better.
2. Giving prominence to coordinate the contract administration and the relations administration can benefit the whole performance of family business.
3. Board of directors’ especially family firm founder’s inner qualities, including education level, human resource developing and managing skills, industry professional knowledge, administration level, present positive correlation with the performance of family business.
