汽車服務業連鎖經營模式探討—以ARS 為例

Abstract

汽車產業在中國經濟發展中扮演了重要角色，成為拉動消費的主力軍。汽車保有量的增長除了使人們生活品質提高，出行方便等一系列改善人們生活水準的利好因素外，也會給我們的生活帶來一系列煩惱，日常的維修保養就是突出問題之一。借鑒其它服務業連鎖經營的成功模式發展汽車服務業可能是汽車服務業快速健康發展的方向之一。 ARS專案從商業模式規劃到關鍵資源的管控，DMS系統設計都借鑒了連鎖經營的成功經驗，同時也從汽車行業自身特點出發做了有益的差異化探討，希望能夠成為中國汽車服務業從啞鈴型向棗核型轉變的參考模式之一。

Automobile Industry plays an important role in the China’s economic development. It is the main force to drive the consumption. The increase of automobile population not only takes advantages to our society such as life quality improvement and trip convenience, but also series of troubles. One of them is the daily maintenance and service. Referring to the other successful Chain Operations in the Service Industry is one of the fast & healthy directions to develop the Automobile Service Industry. The Business Mode Program, Control of the Key Resources and the DMS System Design of the ARS Project are referring to the successful experiences from chain operations and combiningits own Automobile Industry Specialties to conclude the beneficial differentiation study. ARS Project hopes to be one of the referring modes from Dumbbell to Date-pit in China Automobile Service Industry.
