| Abstract: | This business plan describes the French apparel brand’s marketing and sales plan in Taiwan. This French apparel brand originated from Paris left bank, and start expanding globally to Europe and North American since 2010. The targeted customers in Taiwan are those fashion sensitive, pursue high quality and practical design white collars. Social network media is applied for customer communication, delivering the Parisian lifestyle and encouraging the customers to find their own French style through this French apparel brand. A five year forecast financial plan was proposed. With the most ideal condition, the income statement turns positive in year two and the five year IRR is 31%. However, several factors to success such as inventory management, location, and franchise authorize negotiation are crucial. If the 30% unsold inventory sold at 30% off price in the following year, the five year IRR will drop to 14% instead. |
