Abstract: | 可攜式顯示產品趨向多元,現在亦有非自發光式的顯示面板問世。為了因應反射式顯示面板的需求,補強其不足之處,我們進行了可攜式微型前發光系統的研究以提供額外光源,使此類面板在暗處亦能進行閱讀。
在這個研究中,我們先使用反射式楔型導光管來進行導光,除進行軟體模擬照明,並能與實物照明的情形做為對照。為了提升光傳遞的效率,及消除亮點的影響,我們亦進行折射式元件的研究。藉由自由曲面透鏡或微透鏡陣列的使用來進行光的重新分配,以進行效率與均勻度的調整。 最後,我們比較了自由曲面以及轉換為微透鏡陣列後的照明效果。 As more and more kinds of portable display devices are available in the market, there are also non-self-emissive display panel now. To meet the need of reflective display panels and strengthen their weakness, we proceed the research of compact portable front light unit to provide extra light and enable them can be read in dark circumstances. In this thesis, we guided light using reflective tapered light pipes firstly. Except for software simulation of illumination, we also manufacture a real tapered light pipe and compare the result with simulation. To raise transfer efficiency of light and eliminate the effect brought by the bright spot, we also lead the research of refractive component. By the usage of freeform surface lens or microlens array, we proceed to redistribute light to adjust uniformity and efficiency. At last, we compared the illumination effect of freeform lens with microlens array transformed from freeform lens. |
