Abstract: 本論文中,我們以1,3,5-三嗪為核心,並在2,4,6取代的苯環間位上引入強拉電子基團 (包括苯並咪唑、噁二唑、氰基、碸基與磷氧官能基),合成了一系列電子傳輸型主體材料。透過引入缺電子性基團,使得這些材料展現出良好的電子注入能力與電子傳輸性質。如此多功能的特性,可同時用作主體材料及電子傳輸層,有效達到簡化元件結構的目的,並進一步將其應用在不同顏色的磷光元件上。這些元件顯示出良好的效率及較低的操作電壓,而不需使用複雜的p-i-n元件結構。其中CN-T2T展現出較佳的元件效率,搭配藍色磷光FIrpic、綠色磷光(PPy)2Ir(acac)、黃色磷光(Bt)2Ir(acac)和紅色磷光OS2的最大外部量子效率分別為8.8%、16.5%、19.0%及21.4%。
We synthesized a series of 1,3,5-triazine-based ET-type host materials containing with different electron-withdrawing groups such as benzimidazole, oxadiazole, nitrile, sulfone and phosphine oxide. The introduction of electron-withdrawing groups as peripheries of 1,3,5-triazine showed excellent electron injection and transport properties, which allows us to adopt a relatively simple device architecture using these materials as host and electron-transporting layer for different colors of electrophosphorescence devices. These devices exhibited very low operation voltages and achieved high EL efficiencies without using complicated p-i-n junction techniques. The better efficiency was achieved by using CN-T2T to give maximum external quantum efficiency of 8.8%, 16.5%, 19.0%, and 21.4% for blue dopant (FIrpic), green dopant [(PPy)2Ir(acac)], yellow dopant [(Bt)2Ir(acac)] and red dopant OS2, respectively.
