透視台灣媒體整合新聞運用之效益評估 -以八大電視台為例

Abstract

本文旨在確立台灣新聞台與綜合台的核心競爭力，進而建構整合新聞之最適策略。文中解構電視台連戲劇跨平台操作手法和電視台供應鏈，藉由理論分析和個案公司的實務印證，評估整合新聞存在的空間，確定整合新聞的使用方式和比例是否能達到最大綜效，進一步替中小型電視台找尋新聞台成立與否的評估管道。研究以八大電視台欲籌備新聞台為個案主體。

This thesis is to establish the core competence of news and entertainment channels in Taiwan’s television industry, and furthermore, to set a best scheme for integration news. The article deconstructs the crossover cooperation of dramatic serial program, and the television supply chain. Drawing on theory analysis and evidence of corporate practice, the thesis argues whether news industry can reach the maximum synergy by adjusting the proportion of integration news, and examine the application of integration news. The study proceeds to demonstrate a business assessment for Small and Medium Television Companies. Research subject is the underdeveloped news channel of GTV (GALA Television).
