| 摘要: | 本研究在於發展出一可攜式淋巴水腫評估裝置,目標是開發出體積小、重量輕、容易操作的感測器。為了方便使用,感測器使用阻抗量測,阻抗量測具有量測迅速、非侵入性,對細微變化靈敏的優點,較過去使用的周長量測法及體積量測法更為科學。並將以 LabVIEW設計一簡易電腦視窗接收介面,資料傳入資料庫後未來可作更深入的分析。淋巴水腫評估裝置由電腦控制,可由電腦決定掃描間隔頻率及起始頻率。感測器目前設定應用為淋巴水腫之評估,讀取外細胞液的阻抗,阻抗的大小會與外細胞液的累積量成反比,因此可以評估淋巴水腫的嚴重程度。本研究將以模擬電路校正系統對電阻及電抗所產生的偏差。並使用電極對豬肉進行量測,來模擬在使用在人身上所可能產生的各種現象,並加以改進。並期望最終能使用在人身上。 This research is to develop a portable biochemical lymphedema evaluation device which should be lightweight, compact size, ease of use. For convenient use. device use bioimpedance as reference. The bioimpedance measurement have characteristic that fast measurement、none invasion、 sensitive and more scientific than past ways like circumferential measures and volumetric measures. A user interface, developed under the LabVIEW, is developed for data collection, could efficiently send back to the database for further analysis. Device currently used for lymphedema evaluation, use sine wave measure ECW impedance. The impedance will inverse propotion to ECW, thus we can evaluation how bad lymphedema become. This research will compare data between idea data and measurement data for device calibration, and use pork as experiment target for further understanding device performance on real human The results, obtained from pork show that the output impedance of this device can indicator the water amount variation. The finished prototype is very compact, about the same size as a paw of a human being, and is suitable for portable use. |
