Abstract: 在水資源有限的現今環境下,站立式的淋浴普遍被視為較省水而環保的沐浴方式,更是大眾主流的盥洗方式。因此以安全、省水、舒適度和新鮮感為訴求的淋浴相關產品設計,在近年來逐漸受到重視並蓬勃發展。然而相較於過去利用物理機構達到省水目的的相關研究,本論文將應用數位化電子產品介面於淋浴設備中,並導入微型水力發電技術,讓使用者輕易獲得水溫與使用水量等資訊,進而達到安全與省水的目的。以其創新概念,在下一代衛浴用品中開拓全新的商機。
本論文將分析「蓮蓬頭」、「蓮蓬頭轉接器」、「淋浴柱」等三種現今主流的市售產品,詳細探討三種概念導入數位功能的可行性,進而提出多種設計方案。再針對各方案的商業價值與社會貢獻利用模糊分析評價法(FAHP)評估,歸納出一個最能結合台灣現有技術,並具有推廣性與前瞻性的商品方案。在本論文的最後,會以該方案實際創作一個高成熟度的商業產品模型,並利用嵌入式單晶片模擬其功能,印證其在未來發展為實際市售產品的可行性。
As water resource limited, walking in shower has become prevalent. It uses less water than a typical bath and become the mainstream adopted by the public. Hence, shower related products which appeal to incorporate design factors such as safety, environmental-friendly water usage, level of comfort as well as uniqueness has been the focus in the recent year.
However, compared to the past researches which relying on physical mechanism to achieve the purpose of water saving, this thesis will introduce the digital interface and mini hydroelectric power generating technology to shower equipment.It allows users to access some information such as water temperature and water usage, which in turn assuring the safety of the user as well as achieving water saving. Furthermore, this revolutionary concept will create new business opportunities in the future shower products.
This thesis will set to analyze three mainstream products which can be readily found in the market, namely showerhead, showerhead adapter as well as the shower tower. Through detailed investigation on the possibilities of digitalizing the three products, various design proposals have been conceptualized and suggested. Then the commercial and social values of each propoals will then be evaluated by FAHP(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process) , and a promotable product proposal can be devised, which is most feasible and can best utilize current technology . At the end of the thesis, a product model with great level of maturity will be created based on the chosen proposal, and using a embedded system chip to simulate its function for the purpose of proving its real feasibility.
