Abstract: 我們在金(111)基底上結合有機分子苝四甲酸二酐和鐵原子在超高真
空環境下,可以自組裝成鐵-苝四甲酸二酐不同結構,藉由掃描穿隧顯
微鏡我們可以觀察到像是鍊狀,梯子狀或網狀.再比較苝四甲酸二酐
在金(111)上和鐵-苝四甲酸二酐在金(111)之掃描穿隧能譜,發現了
峰值偏移.為了近一步了解此現象,我們比較鐵-苝四甲酸二酐網狀結
構中不同位置的苝四甲酸二酐掃描穿隧能譜,得到了苝四甲酸二酐連
接更多鐵原子會有更大的峰值偏移,所以得到了鐵-苝四甲酸二酐具
有電荷轉移的現象,並且連接更多鐵原子電荷轉移越多.
We combine organic molecules of 3,4,9,10-perylenetetracarboxylic(PTCDA) with iron atoms on an Au (111) substrate in ultra-high vacuum conditions, we can measuring Fe-PTCDA ladder ,chain, and network by scanning tunneling microscopy(STM). By scanning tunneling spectroscopy (STS), Fe-PTCDA network and pure PTCDA on Au (111) have peak shift compare with pure PTCDA on Au (111).
In order to understand this we compare the STS curves of PTCDA molecule connect with different number of adjacent molecules and discover this will influence the
charge transfer.
