dc.description.abstract | Most of the young professionals in Taiwan visit hair salons that are not operating in a franchise model. Compared to Taiwan, in Korea, many franchise hair salons are attracting young consumers. Among those Korean franchises, premium franchise hair salons successfully generate revenue with big scales. Chahong is one of those premium hair salons that have brand power. This thesis is about launching the Korean hair salon franchise, Chahong, in Taiwan. With advanced hair service technologies and high service qualities as their main competitive advantages, Chahong Taiwan will attract young professionals who wish to try new hairstyles and enjoy pleasant time in the hair salon. | zh_TW |
