Abstract: 近期中美貿易戰對整體電子產業鏈產生巨大影響,相關電子業者如何在此貿易戰環境中擬定合適的競爭策略,以穩固長期經營基礎,事關重大。本研究以國內實際經營相關電子業務的T公司為研究個案,深入探討其如何因應貿易戰動態調整產業鏈合作布局,及改變經營競爭策略,以持續獲取經營利基來源。經深入探討及研析,本研究總結以下三項重要發現:
一、 面臨中美貿易戰艱困環境下,中小型規模電子業者須回歸本身專長,加速建立產業鏈合作平台,開發具前瞻及成長性的創新產品及服務內容。
二、 國內電子業者可從低成本、差異化以及集中化等不同面向規畫營運策略以因應中美貿易戰環境,聚焦投入資源以建立競爭優勢。
三、 中美貿易戰持續可能使兩大強權建立不同產業標準,國內電子業者針對關鍵領域宜採雙邊布局、多鏈生產管理策略。

Recently, the China-US trade war dramatically impacts the global electronics industries. It is crucial for industrial players to formulate appropriate competitive strategies to strengthen their long-term business foundation in this challenging moment. In this thesis, a case study of a domestic electronics company that operates production business is performed to discuss its adjustments to the dynamics that occurred due to trade war. After the in-depth analysis, this research has concluded with the following three key findings:
1. Facing the trade war, small and medium-sized electronics companies must return to their core competencies, accelerate the establishment of cooperation platforms for the industry chain, and develop innovative products and services that are forward-looking and growth-oriented.
2. Domestic electronics companies can plan their operation strategies from three perspectives: low cost, differentiation, and concentration, in response to the trade war, and focus on investing resources to establish competitive advantages.
3. The ongoing trade war may cause the two super-powers to establish different industrial standards. Domestic industries should adopt a bilateral arrangement, and engage in the multi-chain production in critical areas.
