Abstract: | 隨著工業 4.0 時代降臨,企業經營環境變得更加複雜而詭譎多變。日新月異的資訊科技、昨是今非的國際情勢、持續縮短的產品生命週期,當代的企業正面臨著前所未有的衝擊和挑戰。ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)主要宗旨是對企業所擁有的人、財、物、客戶、信息、時間和空間等資源進行綜合平衡和優化管理,協調企業內外各管理部門,圍繞市場導向開展業務活動,提高企業的核心競爭力,從而取得最好的經濟效益。 本研究係以層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)為理論中心,將影響 ERP 導入的關鍵成功因素(Key Successful Factors, KSF)藉由相關文獻及研究進行彙整,再透過兩階段問卷訪談喬山健康科技跨境 ERP 導入專案的主要成員,對跨境 ERP 導入的關鍵成功要素進行關聯探索。 研究成果顯示,「企業高階主管的支持與承諾」 (權重值為 0.165) 在喬山跨境ERP 導入專案中最為重要;「專案團隊良好互動與溝通協調」 (權重值為 0.162) 居次,顯示跨部門的溝通協調顯著影響專案成功;「企業明確定義 ERP 導入流程、範圍與實行目標」(權重值為 0.117) 為第三關鍵因素,明確的範圍定義有效地協助ERP 專案朝目標邁進;「專案團隊明確定義導入流程與時程」(權重值為 0.099) 為第四關鍵因素,明確的專案時程管理協助專案收斂;「原有系統物料或財務等主檔資料正確性與完整性」 (權重值為 0.83) 為第五關鍵因素,原有系統物料主檔及財務數據的正確性是決定喬山 ERP 切換決策因素。 The main purpose of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is to comprehensively balance and optimize the management of resources such as people, finances, materials,customers, information, time and space owned by the enterprise, coordinate various management departments inside and outside the enterprise, and conduct business activities around the market, improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise so as to obtain the best economic benefits. This research is based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and it will integrate the key success factors (KSF) through the literature and related research. Then, the main members of Johnson Health Technology's cross-border ERP implementation project are interviewed through the two-stage questionnaire and the key success factors of cross-border ERP implementation are explored. The research results show that 'the support and commitment of senior executives of the enterprise' (weight value 0.165) is the most important in Johnson cross-border ERP implementation project; 'good interaction and communication coordination of the project team' (weight value 0.162) ranks next; 'Enterprise clearly defines the ERP implementation process, scope and actual goals' (weight value 0.117) is the third key factor; 'Project team clearly defined the process and schedule' (weight value 0.099) is the fourth key factor; 'the accuracy and completeness of material or financial master files in the original system ' (weight value 0.83) is the fifth key factor, and the accuracy of material master files and financial data in the existing system is the decision factor of Johnson ERP switching. |
