| 摘要: | 中國改革開放四十年以來,經濟發展速度震驚世界,中國企業如雨後春筍般拔地而起,在世界範圍內發揮著越來越重要的作用,在各行各業中的影響力也越來越強。相比於飛速發展的經濟,中國企業的傳統管理模式越來越難以直接適應當今快節奏的市場發展實情和企業的快速發展現狀。面對著競爭環境的迅速更新、雇員思想的急劇變化,如何更好地提高企業的管理水準成為了擺在所有企業面前的一道難題。基於以人為本的現代管理思想,本文提出了遊戲式管理系統模式,新的時代新的變化,遊戲成為新一代員工非常熟悉的場景,用他們熟悉的形式來進行激勵會不會起到作用,是本文研究的問題。估計的貢獻在:理論上的貢獻是遊戲的某些特性是可以用在員工的激勵上的,人性都是相通的。如何設計遊戲式管理是本文的貢獻,遊戲式管理取得什麽作用是本文案例研究的目的。文中還對具體企業發展實例加以分析探討,以求把握企業未來管理模式的發展趨勢。
本文首先闡述了遊戲式管理模式的研究背景及意義,針對以本研究為方向的已有文獻做出總結綜述、分析不足,並通過探討具體企業管理實例,思考了如何加強公司管理效率、提高員工積極性、增強團隊協作能力等具體管理問題。 Forty years after China's reform and opening up, the speed of economic development has shocked the world. Chinese companies have sprung up like mushrooms, and they are playing an increasingly important role in the world. Their influence in various industries is also getting stronger. Compared with the fast-growing economy, the traditional management model of Chinese enterprises is increasingly unable to adapt to the actual situation of today's fast-paced market development and the rapid development of enterprises. Faced with the rapid update of the competitive environment and the rapid changes in employee thinking, how to better improve the management level of enterprises has become a difficult problem facing all enterprises. Based on the people-oriented modern management idea, this article proposes a game-based management system model. The origin of the new era has changed.
