摘要: | 本研究針對乘用車,以引擎車輛為基礎,透過分析變速箱速比,整理與歸納極多速變速箱之設計參數,分析極多速變速箱系統設計參數對系統整體的影響,並發展一極多速變速箱規劃方法與原則。極多速變速箱之設置可擴大車輛之動力輸出範圍,使車輛滿足性能需求,並提升操作效率而節省能源。本文首先利用匹配的方式討論傳動系統參數以及引擎參數之匹配特性,以期能使動力系統達到最大輸出效益。再配合極多速變速箱之設計參數,進行分析極多速變速箱的設計原則,以提升引擎操作效率與車輛性能為目標規劃速比及換檔時機設計方法。主要分析以ADVISOR為基礎,應用內建的新歐盟行車型態進行油耗分析,再使用MATLAB撰寫數值模擬程式進行性能分析。最後,將極多速變速箱規劃設計進行應用與比較,討論極多速變速箱的必要性。 The purpose of this study is to develop and to evaluate a new design of selection of transmission gear ratio for passenger cars by analyzing the interrelations between gear ratio, design parameters of ultra multi-speed transmission and performance of engine vehicle. Ultra multi-speed transmission provides vehicle with larger range of tractive effort and speed, satisfying the performance requirements and also decreasing the energy consumption. The first step is to match the transmission to the engine and the powertrain system to optimize the powertrain output. Then, with the matching design parameters of ultra multi-speed transmission, the design principles of ultra multi-speed transmission is analyzed, including gear ratio and shift schedule. Improving the efficiency of engine and performance of vehicle is the main goal of this approach. The main analysis is based on ADVISOR, using NEDC driving cycle of ADVISOR to analysis fuel consumption. Then, a program written in MATLAB is used to simulate performance of vehicle. Finally, the new design of selection of ultra multi-speed transmission is applied and compared with the traditional design of selection for discussing the necessity of ultra multi-speed transmission. |
