摘要: 本研究的目的為調查不同品種在不同採收期、外施吉貝素、和後熟處理對於解除水稻種子初級休眠性的影響。研究包含兩個試驗。第一個試驗為檢測種子達到生理成熟的時間點。方法為在抽穗後第0-42天,每7天測量種子的水分含量及乾重。第二個試驗為一系列的發芽試驗,分別在抽穗後第28、35、42天採集種子樣本。每個採收期的樣品包含四種處理:水處理的新鮮種子、吉貝素處理的新鮮種子、水處理的後熟種子、與吉貝素處理的後熟種子。試驗結果顯示所有參試品種於抽穗第28天後,單粒種子的乾重都不再增加,即種子已經達到生理成熟。結果還指出有15個品種會因採收期的不同,造成同一個品種的種子發芽率有所差異,另外,外施吉貝素與後熟處理對於種子休眠性解除的效果,也會因品種及採收期的不同而有所不同。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of harvest time, exogenous gibberellins (GA) and dry after-ripening on the release of primary seed dormancy in different rice varieties. This study comprised two experiments: The first one was to to investigate the time when seeds reached physiological maturity. The method is to measure the water content and dry weight of seeds every seven days from zero to 42 days after heading. The second experiment was a series of germination tests, with seed samples taken on the 28th, 35th, and 42th day after heading. Samples at each harvest time included four treatments: the water-treated fresh seeds, the GA3-treated fresh seeds, the water-treated dry-after-ripening seeds, and the GA3-treated dry-after-ripening seeds. The result of the first experiment showed that the single-seed dry weight of all rice varieties had no longer increased 28 days after heading, meaning that seeds reached physiological maturity. The results also indicated that the germination percentages of the same varieties were different when seeds were harvested at different times in fifteen rice varieties. In addition, the effects of exogenous gibberellins and dry after-ripening on the release of seed dormancy varied depending on the variety and the harvest time.
