台灣醫藥產業供應鏈管理之研究：以A集團為例

Abstract

台灣人口持續高齡化，文明病、慢性病的人口比例增加，醫療水準快速進步，當今很多疾病都可透過藥物控制，再加上新冠疫情後人們對於健康的重視程度增提升，因此整體藥物需求在疫後大幅上升。台灣領取慢箋藥物的人數高達707萬人，而使用非處方藥物(over the counter, OTC)的人數更日益增加。疫後全球藥物供應斷鏈危機凸顯了藥物穩定供應的重要性。本研究以台灣藥品批發和零售企業A集團為個案研究對象，說明該集團如何透過供應鏈管理、垂直整合、數位化優化藥物供應的流程。

The aging population in Taiwan continues to rise, as well as the proportion of the population with diseases of civilization and other types of chronic disease, but medical advances mean that many diseases can now be controlled through pharmaceuticals. Additionally, health awareness has increased following the coronavirus pandemic, and overall demand for medications has risen sharply in the post-pandemic era. The number of people in Taiwan who are using chronic drugs has reached 7.07 million, and the number of people who use over-the-counter (OTC) drugs is increasing day by day. The post-epidemic global drug supply chain crisis has highlighted the importance of stable drug supply. This study examines the case of Corporate Group A, a pharmaceutical wholesale and retail enterprise in Taiwan, to determine how it optimizes pharmaceutical supply through supply chain management, vertical integration, and digitalization.
