摘要: | 數位技術推動新興產業和未來產業加速演進。然而,這些產業的敏捷產品團隊面臨著諸多管理挑戰。本文旨在探討如何在不斷變化的市場環境中提高敏捷產品團隊的運營績效,為企業創造持續的競爭優勢,並在領導力方面提供啟示。首先,本研究明確了研究問題,即如何提高敏捷產品團隊在企業數位化轉型中的管理水準。接著,通過文獻綜述與實證分析等研究方法,深入探討了敏捷產品團隊管理的現狀、挑戰以及影響因素。在此基礎上,本文構建了一個綜合性的研究框架,提出了一系列具體的提升策略,包括產品策劃、敏捷開發、持續交付、產品運營、品質和安全風險管理、成本管理和產品戰略路徑選擇等方面的方法。通過實施這些策略,敏捷產品團隊可以在數位化轉型中實現高效運營,提高產品品質和客戶滿意度。
本文研究結論是,通過實施這些解決方案,敏捷產品團隊可以在競爭激烈的市場中保持領先地位,實現運營績效的顯著提升。同時,領導力在推動敏捷產品團隊績效提升中起到關鍵作用。本文的研究成果在理論上豐富了敏捷產品團隊管理的相關理論,為後續研究提供了新的視角和思考。在實踐上,本研究為新興行業敏捷產品團隊管理提供了有益的指導,幫助企業應對市場變化,提高競爭力。本文的研究對於理論研究和實際工作具有重要的指導價值,希望對行業的相關管理者有所啟示。 With the advancement of digital transformation, agile product teams in emerging industries face numerous management challenges. This paper explores how to improve the operational performance of agile product teams in the constantly changing market environment, creating a sustained competitive advantage for enterprises. The research first clarifies the research question, which is how to improve the management level of agile product teams in the context of digital transformation requirements. Then, through literature review and empirical analysis, this study delves into the current status, challenges, and influencing factors of agile product team management. Based on this, the paper constructs a comprehensive research framework and proposes a series of specific improvement strategies, including methods in product planning, agile development, continuous delivery, product operation, quality and safety risk management, cost management, and product strategy path selection. By implementing these strategies, agile product teams can achieve efficient operation, improve product quality, and customer satisfaction in digital transformation. The research findings enrich the relevant theories of agile product team management in theory, providing new perspectives and insights for subsequent research. In practice, this study offers valuable guidance for the management of agile product teams in emerging industries, helping enterprises to cope with market changes and enhance competitiveness. The research results of this paper have important guiding value for theoretical research and practical work, hoping to inspire relevant industry managers and deserve the attention and learning of the majority of readers. |
