摘要: | 近年隨著醫療科技進步,人口結構趨向高齡化,2018年國內65歲以上人口比例達14%,正式邁入高齡社會,預估2026更將超過20%,加上現代家庭照顧功能日愈式微、加上少子化等趨勢,國內長期照護需求日愈攀升。故近年中央政府單位積極推動長期照護2.0政策,各地政府機關也陸續成立專責單位推動相關業務。而對國內經營相關長照機構業者來說,未來如何因應不同地區型態的長期照護需求,提供多元化或具競爭性的服務內容,以進一步擴大經營規模或建立永續發展契機則為關鍵。
本研究主要針對國內深耕相關業務的Y長照機構作為研究個案深入研討,針對其投入長照服務營運策略,以及未來如何持續創新發展策略等重要議題深入研析。整體而言,本研究有幾個主要研究目的,整理如下: 1. 探討目前臺灣長期照護法規環境或業者經營現況。 2. 分析國內經營長照服務相關業務之業者營運模式為何。 3. 探討國內長照機構業者創新成長策略規劃。 4. 探討長照產業未來發展趨勢,及業者經營過程如何因應困難及動態因應變化。 本研究經研究個案Y長照機構深入探討成果及相關文獻綜合比較分析,歸納總結有以下幾項重點結論: 1. 近年國內建置更完整之長期照護法規及產業環境,有利推動長照相關業者積極投入發展相關業務。 2. 長照機構業者可依顧客價值主張、關鍵資源、關鍵流程以及利潤公式面向,制定具競爭力之長期照護商轉營運模式。 3. 長照機構業者可透過持續創造及提升顧客價值與IPO規劃,追求長期創新成長動能,在強烈競爭下尋求具獨特優勢之藍海商機。 關鍵字:長期照護產業、業者營運策略、未來創新發展 With progressive medical technology, the trend of aging population continuously grows in recent years. In 2018, the proportion of domestic population over 65 years old reached 14%, officially entering an elderly society. With the trend of declining birthrate, the demand for long-term care in Taiwan still increases day by day. Therefore, the central government has actively promoted the long-term care 2.0 policy, and local government also have established dedicated departments to promote related affairs. For domestic operators of long-term care institution, how to respond to the needs of long-term care in different regions in the future and provide diversified or competitive service is the key to further expand the scale of operation, establishing opportunities for sustainable development. The study takes a case study of Y long-term care institution that are dedicated to related businesses in Taiwan, conducting in-depth research on important issues such as its investment in long-term care service, operational strategies and how to continue to make innovative development in the future. Overall, the study has several main research purposes listed as follows: 1. Explore the current operating environment for long-term care industry in Taiwan. 2. Analyze the operational strategies of domestic long-term care businesses. 3. Discuss the innovative growth strategy of domestic long-term care institutions. 4. Study for the future development trend of long-term care industry, and how to deal with difficulties and dynamic changes. After the in-depth research of the case study of Y long-term care institution and relevant literature analysis, it has some key conclusions are summarized as the following. 1. In recent years, the establishment of more complete long-term care policy and industrial environment in Taiwan promotes more enterprises to actively invest in the development of related businesses. 2. Operators of Long-term care institution can formulate a competitive business model based on customer value propositions, key resources, key processes, and profit formulas. 3. Long-term care institution operators could build long-term innovation and growth momentum through continuous enhancing customer value and IPO planning, and seek blue ocean innovative opportunities with unique advantages in the future.
