銀行資訊系統更新建置架構之研究 —以A銀行為例

Abstract

在業務需求及技術環境的變化下，進行資訊系統更新建置是常態。技術變化促使銀行思考如何運用新興技術改變產品設計、服務模式甚至商業模式，這些都突顯了銀行資訊系統的重要性以及面對的挑戰。 至今探討銀行資訊系統更新建置架構的研究數量有限，研究者基於多年的實務經驗，嘗試結合實務及文獻，提出銀行資訊系統更新建置的概念架構，並以 A 銀行為案例，研究此概念架構的適應性及可行性。 此概念架構強調銀行資訊系統更新建置專案中，目標設定的重要性，擬定選商策略及訂定整體系統架構的必要性，並以研究者的實務經驗提出設計系統建置管理方法的重點。

In an environment where business requirements and technology keep on changing, information system upgrades and implementations are taking place all the time. Technology changes push banks, from everywhere in the world, trying to leverage new technologies not only to reinvent their product and service offerings but further to reshape their business model. These changes also reveal the criticality and challenges of banking information systems. So far, there are limited studies of banking information system transformation architecture. This research tries to combine the author’s long hands-on experiences and published documents to propose an architecture of banking information system transformation, with a case study of A bank to verify the adaptiveness and feasibilities of this architecture. This research highlights the importance of objective defining, vendor selection strategies, and comprehensive system architecture when running a banking information system transformation. Together, it provides the author’s point of view of how to design an effective project management framework.
