雲端服務業者的發展與經營模式 —以伊雲谷公司為例

Abstract

本研究以雲端服務專案供應商-伊雲谷數位科技股份有限公司，作為個案公司進行探討。在網路快速發展以及資訊量迅速攀升的情況下，雲端運算的應用已成為必然。轉型的大量需求使雲端服務被迫切需要，但日新月異的服務和琳琅滿目的產品使企業看得眩目，雲端服務專案供應商的角色油然而生，他們透過專業團隊將雲端服務平台供應商的產品代理至全球，成為銜接雲端服務平台供應商和實際需求者的重要橋樑。個案公司自成立開始便專注在Amazon Web Services服務產品的代理，現為大中華及東南亞地區首屈一指的AWS代理商。本研究將探討個案公司主要提供的產品和服務，以及其發展模式以持續在市場上保有競爭優勢，再分析其創新的商業模式架構如何成功在現在的市場上獲得極大的成功。最後也透過實際的成功案例，從客戶遇到的難題和需求出發，本研究闡述也如何透過配個案公司的產品和顧問服務完美解決客戶的關鍵問題。對於幫助企業進行數位轉型和邁向新的里程碑，個案公司將不遺餘力。

This thesis conducts a company case study of a cloud service provider – eCloudvalley Digital Technology Co., Ltd. With the rapid development of the Internet and the rapid increase of information, cloud computing has become an inevitable application. Consequently, the huge demand for cloud services has constantly grown stronger and stronger. However, the rapid changed services and products of cloud services have dazzled the enterprises, and the role of cloud service providers has emerged. They act as agents of the products of platform suppliers globally through professional teams with cloud expertise, and have become an important bridge between cloud service platform suppliers and actual demanders. Since it was founded, eCloudvalley has focused on acting as an agent of the network services of Amazon Web Services, and it has become the top AWS partner in the Greater China region and Southeast Asia. This study explores the products and services that eCloudvalley mainly provides, as well as its development model which maintains the company a competitive advantage in the market, and analyzes how its innovative business model has been successful in the current market. Finally, starting from the difficulties and demands of clients, this study describes how eCloudvally combines its products and consulting services to perfectly solve clients’ crucial problems. eCloudvally will spare no effort to help the enterprises carry out digital transformation and move forward to new milestones.
