摘要: | 台灣壽險市場日臻成熟,保險滲透率高達17.48% (2017, 保發中心統計) ,居世界第一,產業身處高度競爭與飽和的市場環境,面臨多重變化與轉型的成長挑戰。如國際投資市場利率長期偏低,資產負債管理匹配與獲利之挑戰,加上國際會計準則對金融資產分類與衡量 (IFRS9) ,與未來保險合約會計規範之新變動 (IFRS17) ,IFRS17在不久將來的施行,將顛覆現行保險商品定價及利潤指標的相關訂定模式,對保險業損益表上服務收入之認
定將徹底改變。反映於財務報表,對公司的損益將有一定的影響,因此保 險公司勢必須在商品與服務行銷之策略重新思考創新模式,方能在客戶服務需求及公司永續發展與營運獲利上取得平衡。 近年來金融保險科技 (Fintech / InsurTech) 發展方興未艾,對保險業也帶來全面性的衝擊與影響,驅動傳統保險服務流程與商業模式之改變,並有可能直接改變未來保險業的服務樣貌與生態。此外,近期各項強化監理新措施,保險服務數位化的崛起與行銷模式的改變,台灣高齡化社會的來臨等。保險業要如何從更高的視野,快速調整經營策略,運用保險科技與大數據分析,加速轉型與服務創新,因應平臺經濟及產業生態系的興起,跨域結合提供客戶更具整合性與一站式服務,或許可為傳統保險業創造新型態商業模式,提升與客戶關係的連結與價值,帶來營運新契機。 本論文主要透過整理及研究近年來快速掘起的平安保險集團做為個案 研究公司,分析其策略發展與商業模式成功的關鍵因素,結合醫療健康管理生態圈之運用,討論及建議保險業如何因應國內外各種市場環境之艱钜挑戰,推動金融保險科技創新,與發展健康管理生態圈之參考。 The life insurance industry is in a highly competitive and saturated market environment in Taiwan, which can be seen from the fact that the insurance penetration rate in the market has reached 17.48% (2017 statistics from the Taiwan Insurance Institute), placing it at No.1 in the world ranking. The industry faces multiple challenges of growth and transformation, for example: longstanding low interest rates in the international investment market and challenges arising from asset-liability matching management and profitability. This is coupled with new changes made in the International Financial Reporting Standards, including those in IFRS 9 Financial Instruments and IFRS 17 Insurance Contracts. In the near future, the latter will overturn the current pattern related to the setup of insurance product prices and profit indicators, and completely change the way how service revenue is recognized in the income statement of the insurance industry. Such certain impact on corporate profit and loss is to be reflected in financial statements. Therefore, insurance companies will need to rethink a strategic innovative model for marketing their goods and services in order to arrive at a balance among customer service requirements, corporate sustainable development, and operational profitability. Developments in Fintech / InsurTech have remained strong in recent years. Nevertheless, this has comprehensively impacted the insurance industry, and led to changes in traditional insurance service processes and business models. It may also directly transform the future service pattern and ecology of the insurance industry. In addition, there have been developments seen recently in new measures to strengthen supervision, the rise of digitalized insurance services and changes in marketing models, and the approaching aging society in Taiwan. The insurance industry should think about how to take an even higher perspective and rapidly adjust business strategies, use insurance technology and big data analysis to accelerate transformation and service innovation, and, in response to the rise of platform economy and industrial ecosystem, think about how to implement cross-domain integration to provide customers with more integrated and one-stop services. Such changes may bring about new operational opportunities for the traditional insurance industry by establishing a new business model and enhancing the strength and value of relationships with customers. This thesis mainly focuses on the case study of Ping An Insurance Group, which has been rapidly emerging in recent years. Through summarization and research, this thesis analyzes the key factors to the success of the Group’s strategic development and business model. In combination with the application of medical and health management ecology, discussions and suggestions are provided for reference with regard to how insurance companies can promote the innovation of Fintech / InsurTech and develop a health management ecosystem in response to difficult challenges arising in various market environments, both domestically and abroad. |
