摘要: 經濟活動不斷地演進,工業活動改善了人們生活,也帶來了大量因工業生產而產生的廢氣污染,同時人們生活型態的改變,愈來愈多人以汽機車作為代步工具,產生了大量的廢氣形成了嚴重的空氣污染,長期下來對人體健康造成嚴重的呼吸道相關疾病, 像是氣喘(Asthma) 或慢性阻塞性肺病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, COPD)。
氣喘服藥方式與其他疾病有明顯不同,並非單只使用口服藥或針劑注射而已,根據世界氣喘治療準則指示,需每天監測尖峰呼氣流速量(Peak Expiratory Flow Rate), 正確且適時、適量使用吸入型藥物,確實能控制氣喘病程與 早期預防氣喘急性發作以降低死亡率。
氣喘者每日早晚都要使用'尖峰呼氣流速計'測量自己的呼氣並記錄數值,其數值不但可診斷氣喘、監控病情,甚至可預防氣喘發作。 但氣喘者常會忘記隨身帶流速計、記錄表或忘記測量及記錄等,使用記錄表不完整而影響自身的氣喘情況評估。
本研究希望深入研究氣喘用的尖峰呼氣流速計,從醫療器材產業狀況、產業結構、技術的演進及未來市場的趨勢,找出醫材廠商的定位及競爭策略,及醫材產業未來的發展方向及契機。
本研究以新創公司為對像,針對氣喘醫材產業的市場、產品、技術與競爭者進行分析並開發一款輕便易攜帶的智能呼吸器產品並以破壞式創新的思維進入市及探營運模式之可行性研究。

Asthma should be used daily morning and evening 'peak expiratory flow meter' to measure their own breath and record the value of its value not only to diagnose asthma, monitoring the dis-ease, and even prevent asthma attacks. The aim of this study is to study the peak expiratory flowmeter for asthma, and to find out the position and competitive strategy of medical material manufacturers and the future development of medical materials industry from the situation of medical equipment industry, industrial structure, technology evolution and future market trend. In this study, we analyzed the markets, products, technologies and competitors of the asthma medicine industry and developed a lightweight and easy-to-carry smart respirator product. The study was aimed at creating new and innovative companies. Model of the feasibility study.
