摘要: | 本論文主要目的在希望探討國立臺灣大學在校生之臺灣認同對其赴中國就業意願會不會有負向影響。除了臺灣認同以外,本文亦納入中國印象對臺大生的西進就業意願進行中介效果之探討。
透過文獻搜集分析,本論文提出研究假設:臺灣大學學生的民族認同與國家認可程度對其中國印象會有負向影響,並且會進而降低其赴中國就業的意願。為驗證此研究假設,本論文以臺灣大學在校生為對象進行問卷調查,再以敘述統計、線性迴歸、有序羅吉斯迴歸(Ordinal Logistic Regression)來做統計分析。 本論文統計分析結果顯示:(1)臺大學生的臺灣民族認同會透過中國印象對赴中國就業有負向影響,且中國印象為部分中介效果 ;(2)受訪者的個人背景中預期中國的薪資待遇佳對臺大生西進就業有顯著正向影響 ; 從未有過赴中國旅遊的經驗對大學生西進就業意願有顯著負向影響。 The main purpose of this thesis is to research whether there is a negative correlation between the Taiwan identity and the willingness to work in China for students from National Taiwan University. In addition, this study incorporates students’ impression of China as a mediator variable. Based on the purpose, after collecting and analyzing numerous previous literature, this study first considers that the students’ identity level as Taiwanese will have a negative impact on their impression of China. Second, this study considers how each individual’s specific China impression positively impacts their willingness to work at aplace. To prove the research hypotheses of this thesis, this study targeted students who are studying at National Taiwan University and then used descriptive statistics, linear regression, and Ordinal Logistic Regression for statistical analysis. The results of the statistical analysis revealed: (1) Students’ Taiwan national identity will cause the negatively influence their willingness to work in China due to their impressions of China, and their impressions of China have a partially mediated effect on the relationship between the Taiwan national identity and the willingness to work in China. (2) Salary expectations and lack of traveling experience in China are key factors in students’ willingness to work in China. |
