摘要: | 本篇論文旨在探討馬達遇到無法安裝感測器或是在無法接觸驅動器資訊(closed-form)及無驅動器(line-connected)的情況下估測馬達的狀態。 一般量測馬達狀態時會在馬達轉軸上加裝感測器,用以量測馬達轉速、角度和力矩。當馬達在有限的空間運作,或是在高溫封閉的環境中運轉,都無法安裝感測器在馬達轉軸上,尤其是在力矩量測。此時只能夠依賴驅動器內現有的訊號估測馬達狀態。本文中將使用在線估測方法估測馬達力矩,藉由驅動器現成的電流訊號來獲取馬達的力矩關鍵資訊。 而當遇到驅動器被封裝,無法取得驅動器的感測訊號時,驅動器與馬達相連的三相電源線就成為取得馬達電壓電流的來源。本文中將建構一外接盒,利用外掛式電壓重建電路和隔離式電流感測器量測馬達的電壓電流。在經由外接盒內寫入磁通/角度/速度/力矩(Flux/Angle/Speed/Torque-FAST)估測演算法估測馬達的狀態。所有的外接估測法準確度將會跟實際感測器量測進行實驗驗證。 This thesis proposes the on-line estimation of key AC motor states specifically for the sensor limited, closed-form drive or line connected environment. Separated sensors on motors have become a common way to measure the angle, speed, and torque. When motors are operating in the space limited or high temperature closed-form environment where sensor installation is challenge, the signal estimation through existing motor drives becomes a better mothed to obtain motor states information especially for torque estimation. This thesis provides an on-line torque estimation algorithm using the drive existing sensor information. When motor drives are closed-from in which feedback signals from motor drives are unavailable. Power cables between drive and motor are the alternative source of signals to estimate motor states. This thesis develops an external box consisting of voltage reconstruction circuit and isolated current sensor. This hardware is able to retrieve signals from motors among flux/angle/speed/torque (FAST) states. The accuracy of proposed FAST estimation through external box will be compared to three of FAST signals measured through separated sensors. |
