摘要: | 近年全球人口老化情形加劇,而台灣高齡化程度也節節高升,因此各產業都逐漸開始重視熟齡市場的需求,發展出不同的產品和服務。本研究藉由彙整過去研究資料和發放問卷來研究此一族群的需求和特性,並利用我生態圈理論架構,依據以上研究結果來建構可開發潛在市場的商機。研究結果發現,大多數熟齡族的核心需求非常一致,且價格彈性相對較高,願意花費較高的費用完成自己的目標和夢想。 In recent years, the trend of global ageing has been growing increasingly worse, and the level of ageing in Taiwan has also increased steadily. Therefore, many different industries have gradually begun to focus on mature age markets, developing a variety of different products and services. This study uses past literature and surveys to analyze the demands and characteristics of this market segment, and also used the “I ecosystem” framework to establish a business model for exploring the potential of this new market. Our results found that many core demands of mature age customers were highly consistent, and this customer segment also displayed higher price flexibility in that they were willing to pay a premium to achieve their targets and dreams. |
