摘要: | 近幾年因為軟體定義網路(Software-Defined Networking) 的興起,使得網路管理更加便利以及網路策略的執行也更加容易與彈性。本論文將軟體定義網路之實體環境架設後,並將無線傳輸(wireless transmission)作為卸載有線傳輸之路徑。其中,利用軟體定義網路與無線傳輸的配合,能夠顯著的解決網路資料流中大資料流(large flow) 對小資料流(small flow) 造成壅塞與延遲的問題。另外,本文也希望透過區域路由(local routing) 的策略,來減少交換器(switch) 對控制器(controller)的詢問,進而避免大量資料流的環境對控制器造成嚴重過載的狀態。雖然區域路由大幅減少控制器的負擔,但是控制器對於每筆資料流資訊的掌握度也降低許多。因此本文未來將會藉由交換器上DRAM 與TCAM 間有效率的交互使用,來降低控制器的負擔以及維持資料流細節的掌握度。 In recent years, due to the emergence of Software-Defined Networking(SDN), it makes the management of network more convenient and the execution of network policy easier and more flexible. In this thesis, we build up the environment of SDN and use the wireless transmission as the link to offload some network traffic of wired links. As we tell from the result, the congestion and latency issues caused by large flows to small flows can be fundamentally solved with the cooperation of SDN and wireless transmission. Besides, we also adopt local routing policy to reduce the number of flow setup requests that controller needs to deal with from switches so that we can keep controller away from serious overloading status because of a large number of requests. Although local routing policy substantially releases the load of controller, controller’s ability of fine-grained flow view becomes weaker as well. Therefore, we are going to take the advantage of efficient hybrid usage between DRAM and TCAM on the switches to not only reduce controller’s load but also keep the ability of fine-grained flow view in the future. |
