近年來,移動屋逐漸取得合法地位,因此被廣泛應用於各種領域,例如銷售中心、建設公司的樣品屋、行動劇院、行動辦公室、街邊商店、咖啡廳、餐車與民宿露營區、自有建築等。 本研究主要探討移動屋的製造流程與改良方式,並對這些創新型態的住宅模式進行市場比較與分析。由於移動屋通常於工廠預鑄,本研究聚焦於改善其複雜的生產流程,同時針對傳統裝修相關產業中存在的問題進行探討,例如缺乏整合的供應鏈以及規模化生產的挑戰。研究中亦涵蓋成本控制與現金流管理的優化。 在營運改善方面,本文引入專案流程管理、進度控管以及運輸與吊掛物流,提升移動屋整體品質。最後,本研究透過一項個案研究,驗證並支持上述研究成果。 關鍵詞: 移動屋、供應鏈、生產、營運、耐候性、吊掛 Abstract In recent years, mobile houses have become legal so that mobile houses have been applied in various areas such as sales centers, model homes for construction companies, theaters, mobile offices, roadside shops, cafés, food trucks, and guest suites. This study primarily explores the manufacturing processes and improvements of mobile housing, and conducts a market comparison and analysis of these innovative housing models. As mobile houses are typically prefabricated in factories, this research focuses on improving the complex production processes involved in manufacturing, and addresses existing issues in traditional renovation-related industries, such as the lack of an integrated supply chain and the challenges of scaling production. Enhancements in cost control and cash flow management are also discussed. In terms of operational improvements, the study introduces project process management, schedule control, and transportation and hoisting logistics to enhance the overall quality of mobile housing.
