研究結合多元方法,從市場需求、法規、投資可行性等面向評估沙國市場潛力。資料涵蓋產業預測、財務數據及政策等,確保全面、客觀。結果顯示,沙國的多元化策略與中國企業創新、成本等優勢互補。分階段進入(合資→綠地投資)具可行性,預估報酬率18%至24%。 本論文也論及合作、法規、本地人才及ESG在地化等對國際化成功的關鍵,並建議後續可深入研究ESG策略對產業長遠價值的提升。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis examines why Chinese functional coating composite material firms need to internationalize, highlighting Saudi Arabia as a promising market. Faced with market saturation and rising costs at home, these companies are turning abroad for growth. Saudi Arabia’s economic transformation and demand for high value-added materials present new expansion opportunities for Chinese enterprises.
Using a mixed-methods approach—combining feasibility modeling, market benchmarking, stakeholder analysis, and macroeconomic review—the study evaluates Saudi Arabia’s potential and regulatory climate for Chinese investment. Data sources include industry reports, financial statements, policy documents, and expert interviews. The findings indicate that Saudi industrial policy and China’s strengths in innovation and cost control are highly complementary. A phased entry strategy, starting with joint ventures and moving to greenfield investments, is financially attractive, with estimated internal rates of return of 18–24%. Success also depends on cross-border collaboration, regulatory alignment, developing local talent, and ESG localization. Strategic adaptation and localization are crucial for long-term competitiveness. The study concludes with policy recommendations for both Chinese and Saudi stakeholders. It also proposes future research on how ESG strategies can enhance the long-term global competitiveness of Chinese investors, offering both theoretical and practical insights for industry and policymakers. | en |
