| dc.description.abstract | 本研究旨在探討運動創業家精神、共創價值及組織韌性對組織績效之影響,並進一步分析共創價值與組織韌性在此關係中所扮演的中介角色,研究聚焦於臺灣運動健身場館產業。以動態能力理論為理論基礎,以運動創業家精神、共創價值、組織韌性與組織績效作為研究工具,並採立意取樣法,針對具備決策與經營職能之運動場館業經營管理者進行問卷調查,囊括運動中心、連鎖健身俱樂部及個人工作室等業者作為研究對象。以立意取樣之方式進行,共回收167份有效問卷,有效回收率達84%。資料分析採用敘述性統計與偏最小平方法結構方程模式進行實證檢驗。本研究結果顯示,組織韌性對組織績效有顯著正向影響;而組織韌性在運動創業家精神對組織績效影響中起到完全中介作用。綜合研究結果可得知,組織韌性在運動創業家精神與組織績效之間的中介效果。若臺灣運動健身場館業僅具備創業家精神之特質,尚不足以提升組織績效表現,唯有透過組織韌性的強化,方能有效轉化創業行為為具體績效,補足運動創業家精神於場館中應用之理論缺口。亦提出實務建議,建議運動健身場館應致力於危機預警與應變機制之建立、跨部門合作推動,以及員工學習與彈性文化之培養,以提升組織因應市場環境不確定性之能力。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to investigate the impact of sport entrepreneurship, value co-creation, and organizational resilience on organizational performance, with a particular focus on the mediating roles of value co-creation and organizational resilience. The research centers on Taiwan’s fitness center industry and adopts the theoretical foundation of Dynamic Capabilities Theory. A research model was constructed incorporating four core constructs: sport entrepreneurship, value co-creation, organizational resilience, and organizational performance. Questionnaire survey was conducted among fitness industry operators and senior managers with decision-making and managerial responsibilities, including those from public sports centers, chain fitness clubs, and independent studios. A total of 167 valid responses were collected, yielding an effective response rate of 84%. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) for empirical validation. The findings indicate that organizational resilience has a significantly positive effect on organizational performance. Furthermore, organizational resilience plays a fully mediating role in the relationship between sport entrepreneurship and organizational performance. These results suggest that only through strengthening organizational resilience can entrepreneurial actions be effectively translated into tangible performance outcomes. This study contributes to addressing theoretical gaps in the application of sport entrepreneurship within fitness center contexts. Practical implications are also proposed, recommending that fitness center operators, promote cross-departmental collaboration, and foster a culture of organizational learning and flexibility to enhance their capacity to adapt to market uncertainty. | en |
