友善耕種方式與草莓價格的相關性分析

Abstract

近年來極端氣候對農業生產造成重大衝擊，加上消費者對食品安全日益重視，促使友善耕作逐漸成為農業發展的重要趨勢。本研究旨在探討不同耕種方式，特別是友善耕作對草莓產量與價格之影響。研究以桃園、新竹與苗栗三個具代表性的草莓農場為實證樣本，結合三個區域農場2023年12月至2025年4月間之生產資料，建構多元線性迴歸模型進行分析。 本研究透過統計分析結果顯示，採用友善耕作的農場，其草莓售價顯著高於非友善耕作者，顯示市場對安全與永續農產品具有正向評價。本研究之發現有助於強化對耕作方式與市場價格間關聯的理解，亦可作為農業政策擬定與農民生產決策之參考依據。

In recent years, extreme weather events have posed significant challenges to agricultural production, while growing consumer concerns about food safety have accelerated the adoption of environmentally friendly farming practices. This study investigates the impact of different farming methods—particularly eco-friendly practices—on strawberry pricing. Using empirical data from three representative strawberry farms in Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli, along with producing data. Administration between December 2023 and April 2025, this research employs a multiple linear regression model to analyze the correlation. The results indicate that farms adopting eco-friendly cultivation methods command significantly higher selling prices, reflecting consumers’ willingness to pay for safety and sustainability. The findings of this study contribute to a deeper understanding of the relationship between farming methods and market pricing, offering practical implications for both agricultural policy and farm management decision-making.
