dc.description.abstract | 本研究旨在探討供應鏈金融在增強電腦產業供應鏈韌性中的關鍵作用,尤其是在充滿挑戰的全球市場背景下,如何有效利用金融工具來促進供應鏈的穩定性和合作。論文首先定義了供應鏈管理、供應鏈金融和供應鏈韌性的基本概念,結合PC產業的具體特性,通過PEST模型、波特五力分析和SWOT分析來評估供應鏈金融的實際應用背景和產業需求 。
通過對個案企業A公司的分析,研究詳細探討了其供應鏈金融專案的設計和實施過程。論文基於現金周轉週期(CCC)理論,分析了A公司如何通過優化資金周轉效率來應對供應鏈中的外部和內部風險。具體策略包括延長應付帳款週期、縮短應收賬款週期和優化庫存管理,從而顯著縮短整體現金周轉週期,增強了企業和供應鏈合作夥伴的風險承受能力 。 研究結果顯示,供應鏈金融不僅提升了企業內部的資金流動性,還促進了供應鏈上下游企業間的協同合作。該專案通過一系列金融手段,例如採購訂單融資和反向保理,使供應商的資金周轉更為順暢,減小了因市場波動帶來的財務風險。這些措施不僅提高了整體抗風險能力,還幫助A公司與其供應鏈夥伴構建了更加穩健的商業生態系統,有利於企業在不確定的市場環境中實現長期穩定發展 。 總結而言,本研究證明了供應鏈金融在優化供應鏈資金效率和提升產業韌性方面的重要性。未來,隨著數位化和綠色供應鏈管理的需求增長,供應鏈金融有望在更多領域發揮更大作用,為企業應對複雜的市場環境提供可靠的支援 。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This study explores the crucial role of supply chain finance (SCF) in enhancing supply chain resilience within the computer industry, particularly in a challenging global market environment. It investigates how financial tools can be effectively utilized to promote stability and cooperation across the supply chain. Initially, the paper defines fundamental concepts such as supply chain management, supply chain finance, and supply chain resilience, and, considering the specific characteristics of the PC industry, employs the PEST model, Porter’s Five Forces, and SWOT analysis to assess the practical application context and industry demand for SCF.
By analyzing the case study of Company A, the research delves into the design and implementation processes of its supply chain finance project. Using the Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) theory, it examines how Company A optimizes cash turnover efficiency to address external and internal risks within the supply chain. Specific strategies include extending the accounts payable cycle, shortening the accounts receivable cycle, and optimizing inventory management, thus significantly reducing the overall CCC and enhancing the risk resilience of both the company and its supply chain partners. The findings indicate that SCF not only improves internal cash flow but also fosters collaborative coordination between upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain. Through various financial methods, such as purchase order financing and reverse factoring, the project enables smoother cash flow for suppliers, reducing financial risks due to market volatility. These measures not only increase overall risk resilience but also help Company A and its supply chain partners establish a more robust business ecosystem, supporting the company’s goal of long-term stability in an uncertain market environment. In conclusion, this study demonstrates the importance of SCF in optimizing supply chain cash flow efficiency and enhancing industry resilience. Looking ahead, as the demand for digital and green supply chain management grows, SCF is expected to play a larger role across various fields, providing enterprises with reliable support to navigate complex market dynamics. | en |
