中建八局產業園運營發展戰略研究

Abstract

本篇論文選擇以“中建八局產業園運營發展戰略研究”為主題，結合了我在中建八局負責產發中心的工作需要，想透過此次寫論文的機會，將理論結合實踐，為中建八局產發中心的產業園業務發展，研究分析出一套可行的發展戰略，既能完成學業學術研究，又能滿足當下的工作任務需要。 在研究分析中建八局產業園運營業務的發展戰略前，也需思考我們當下的經濟發展宏觀環境，因為中建八局產業園運營業務和當前的宏觀經濟發展環境緊密相關。我國雖然已位列世界第二大經濟體，但一些核心產業、科技專案、產業人才等競爭力比之歐美發達經濟體而言，我們的差距還很大，而產業園作為支撐產業經濟發展的重要載體，產業園運營的成功與否也直接關係到各地產業經濟發展實力和競爭力。所幸我國從改革開放幾十年以來，自上而下都很重視產業園投資建設、產業園招商運營、產業科技發展、產業人才培育、產業短板補全等能構成一個國家產業核心競爭力的要素發展。 本篇論文我以“中建八局產業發展中心”作為實施主體研究分析，以“中建八局產業園運營發展戰略”為研究主題，並重點研究分析中建八局產發中心在產業園運營業務領域的戰略目標、發展模式、發展路徑和舉措等，且從經濟大環境、行業發展狀況、中建八局產發中心產業園運營的資源和能力，用SWOT工具、PESTEL工具進行系統化戰略研究分析。

This paper choose to "build eight bureau industrial park operation development strategy research" as the theme, the first is combined with me in build eight bureau responsible for the industry development center work needs, also want to through the opportunity to write the paper, combining theory with practice, to build eight bureau production center of industrial park core business development, research and analysis of a set of system feasible development strategy, so can complete academic research, and can meet the needs of the present task. Before studying and analyzing the development strategy of the operation business of the Industrial Park, we also need to think about the current macro environment of economic development in China, because the operation business of the Industrial Park is closely related to the current macroeconomic development environment. Although our country has ranked the world's second largest economy, but some core industries, science and technology projects, industry talent competitive than the European and American developed economies, our gap is very big, and industrial park as an important carrier of support industrial economic development, the success of industrial park operation is directly related to the industrial economic development strength and competitiveness. Fortunately, since the decades of reform and opening up, China has attached great importance to the investment and construction of industrial parks, industrial parks, industrial science and technology, the cultivation of industrial talents, which can constitute the core elements of a country's industrial competitiveness. This paper I to "build eight innings industry development center" as the subject of research analysis object, to "build eight innings industrial park operation development strategy" as the research topic, and key research analysis build eight innings production center in the field of strategic goals, development mode, development path and measures, and from the domestic economic environment, industry development, build eight innings hair center industrial park operating resources and ability, with "SWOT" tool and "PESTEL" tool for systematic strategy research analysis.
