Z醫藥物流服務公司永續發展策略之探討

Abstract

醫藥物流業在新冠肺炎疫情和環境複雜變化下，面臨減碳壓力與公司治理深化的重大挑戰。醫藥物流業為醫療體系中關鍵的一環，其營運策略與背後上下游的全生命週期流程，對環境與社會有著重大影響。本論文以“Z醫藥物流服務公司”爲個案，探討醫藥物流業者在推動永續發展策略中所採取的ESG (環境、社會與公司治理)進展與績效。 本研究重點在評估Z公司對環境保護、社會責任與公司治理上的堅持，以及其嚴格定義全面永續發展目標。Z公司透過四大永續發展主題，包括友善環境、改善健康、人才發展以及設定正直作業標準，並針對每個主題列出目標、承諾及實績。 論文最終將重點決策改善自然環境，提高社會互信，並擴大醫療服務的可取得性，為國際醫藥物流業提供深入定義。結果顯示，Z公司連續四年的減碳指標和健康保障策略已展現出顯著維持效益。未來，建議持續深化四大永續支柱的實踐，並積極探索創新解決方案，如持續投資於數位科技、推動減碳行動、加強與利害關係人的合作，並提升企業道德和誠信標準以應對未來的挑戰。

The pharmaceutical logistics industry faces significant challenges in reducing carbon emissions and enhancing corporate governance amidst the COVID-19 pandemic and increasing environmental complexities. As a critical link in the healthcare system, its operational strategies and whole lifecycle processes have profoundly impacted the environment and society. This thesis focuses on "Z Pharmaceutical Logistics Service Company" as a case study to explore the advancements and outcomes of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategies adopted by pharmaceutical logistics companies to promote sustainable development. This study highlights Z Company’s commitment to environmental protection, social responsibility, and corporate governance, as well as its rigorous definition of comprehensive sustainability goals. Z Company has implemented four major sustainability pillars—respecting the environment, improving health outcomes, nurturing talent, and setting the highest standards of integrity—with specific targets, commitments, and results for each pillar. The thesis ultimately emphasizes decisions to improve the natural environment, enhance societal trust, and expand the accessibility of healthcare services, offering profound insights into the international pharmaceutical logistics industry. The results indicate that Z Company’s carbon reduction targets and health protection strategies have demonstrated significant sustainability benefits over four consecutive years. In the future, it recommends deepening the implementation of the four major sustainability pillars, actively exploring innovative solutions such as sustained investment in digital technology, advancing carbon reduction initiatives, strengthening collaborations with stakeholders, and enhancing corporate ethics and integrity standards to meet upcoming challenges.
