運動傷害復健物理治療之期望、滿意度與忠誠度－以大專院校公開組運動員為例

Abstract

高強度訓練和早期專業化導致更高的受傷風險，並影響運動員的長期職業生涯。運動員的康復過程與回歸賽會上，不僅涉及生理層面的治療，也包含心理因素的影響。本研究旨在探討大專院校公開組運動員在運動傷害復健中物理治療期望和需求，以及對物理治療服務滿意度與忠誠行為。同時，探討物理治療師在其中的醫病現況，物理治療師的角色不僅限於提供傳統的復健專業，還需要整合心理支持和個人化的復健策略。國外研究發現，運動員對物理治療師的期望受到比賽層級、文化背景、運動種類等背景因素的影響。此外，許多研究顯示醫療滿意度與忠誠度之間的高度相關性。因此，本文針對我國大專院校公開組運動員進行人口背景資料、運動傷害與物理治療經驗、運動傷害復健物理治療期望、運動傷害復健物理治療滿意度與運動傷害復健物理治療忠誠度進行探討與分析。 研究方法：本研究收集2010至2024年之文獻探討相關資料，並於2024年11月至12月對我國大專院校公開組運動員進行網路問卷研究，採用運動傷害物理治療期望量表共24題、物理治療服務滿意度共30題、物理治療忠誠度量表共5題 (Cronbach’s α=0.93-0.97)。後續SPSS 30.0與AMOS 27結構方程模式分析，描述統計大專院校公開組運動員的人口背景資料、運動傷害復健物理治療期望、運動傷害復健物理治療滿意度與運動傷害復健物理治療忠誠度之現況；大專院校公開組運動員之不同背景變項對運動傷害復健物理治療期望之差異情形；結構方程模式分析運動傷害復健物理治療期望度、運動傷害復健物理治療滿意度與運動傷害復健物理治療忠誠度之間的預測力；並驗證運動傷害復健物理治療滿意度為運動傷害復健物理治療期望與運動傷害復健物理治療忠誠度的中介效果，顯著水準訂於p<0.05。 結果與討論：正式有效問卷總共回收334份，有效回收率為98.3%。並發現（一）部分背景變項對運動傷害復健物理治療期望有顯著差異 (p<0.05)，特別是具備物理治療經驗、運動受傷經驗和相信心理技巧有效性的運動員，其運動傷害復健物理治療期望較高。（二）研究發現運動傷害復健物理治療期望為正向顯著預測運動傷害復健滿意度 ( p<0.05)，指出運動員對運動傷害復健物理治療期望高，能預測對於運動傷害復健物理治療感到高度滿意；運動傷害復健物理治療期望為正向顯著預測運動傷害復健物理治療忠誠度(p<0.05)，指出運動傷害復健物理治療期望高，能預測運動員的運動傷害復健物理治療忠誠行為較好。此外，運動傷害復健物理治療滿意度為正向顯著預測運動傷害復健物理治療忠誠度(p<0.05)，運動傷害復健物理治療滿意度高，可預測運動傷害復健物理治療忠誠度較高。（三）運動傷害復健物理治療滿意度在運動傷害復健物理治療期望與運動傷害復健物理治療忠誠度具有部分中介效果，並指出運動傷害復健物理治療滿意度扮演關鍵重要中介作用。 結論與建議：本研究強調運動傷害復健物理治療的期望、滿意度與忠誠度三者之間的密切關係，並提出多層面的實務與學術建議，以促進大專院校公開組運動員的運動傷害物理治療期望、滿意度與忠誠度。

High-intensity training and early specialization are known to increase injury risk and affect athletes' long-term careers. The rehabilitation process not only involves physical treatment but also incorporates psychological factors. This study investigates the expectations and demands of collegiate division athletes in Taiwan regarding sports injury rehabilitation physical therapy, as well as the satisfaction with physical therapy services and loyalty to healthcare providers. The study also explores the roles and challenges faced by physical therapists, emphasizing the integration of psychological support and personalized rehabilitation strategies beyond traditional rehabilitation practices. Method: A total of 334 valid responses were collected from collegiate division athletes via an online survey conducted between November and December 2024. The survey covered athletes’ demographic information, injury experiences, expectations of physical therapy, satisfaction, and loyalty. Data analysis employed SPSS 30.0 and AMOS 27 for structural equation modeling (SEM), examining the relationships between these factors. Results: (1) significant differences in expectations based on background variables, such as physical therapy experience and belief in the effectiveness of psychological techniques; (2) higher expectations were found to positively predict both satisfaction and loyalty to physical therapy services; (3) satisfaction played a key mediating role in enhancing the effect of expectations on loyalty. Conclusion: that there is a close relationship between expectations, satisfaction, and loyalty in sports injury rehabilitation physical therapy. It recommends strengthening the integration of psychological skills, developing individualized treatment plans, and promoting training programs for physical therapists that include psychological techniques and expectation management. Further research is suggested to explore the impact of diverse background variables and cultural contexts on satisfaction and loyalty, using both cross-sectional and longitudinal study designs to deepen understanding and improve rehabilitation outcomes.
