摘要: | 本論文旨在探討外骨骼機器人的創新商業模式,以F科技公司為例。隨著全球人口老化和勞動力市場的變化,對於提高勞動力效率和改善生活品質的技術需求日益增加。外骨骼機器人作為一種先進的可穿戴裝置,能夠替代或增強使用者的肢體功能,廣泛應用於醫療復健、工業輔助和照護等領域。本研究首先分析了外骨骼機器人產業的發展背景和趨勢,並詳細探討了其在不同應用領域的市場需求和技術進展。
在本研究中,外骨骼機器人如何運用工業機器人的供應鏈發展出屬於外骨骼機器人的供應鏈關係。F科技公司作為台灣首家自主研發和製造外骨骼機器人的企業,通過技術創新和市場策略,建立了外骨骼機器人產業中的一席地位。研究採用價值網分析、創新策略分析、核心能力分析以及五力分析和SWOT分析,剖析F科技公司在外骨骼機器人產業中的競爭優勢和挑戰。研究結果顯示,外骨骼機器人的發展不僅依賴於技術的進步,還需要與供應商、合作夥伴和客戶建立緊密的合作關係,以共同推動產業的發展和市場的擴展。外骨骼機器人可以借鑒工業機器人的產業供應鏈模式,通過整合上下游資源、提升產品性能和服務質量,實現技術和商業模式的雙重創新,逐步建立起一個具有競爭力和可持續發展的生態系。 F科技公司通過整合上下游資源、提升產品性能和服務質量,為其他企業提供了寶貴的經驗和借鑒。最後,本論文提出了未來外骨骼機器人在台灣市場的發展策略和建議,強調了技術創新、產業協作和市場推廣的重要性。期望本研究能為台灣外骨骼機器人產業的發展提供參考,促進其在市場的競爭力和影響力。 This thesis explores the innovative business models of exoskeleton robots, with F Technology Company as the example. As the global population ages and the labor market evolves, the demand for technologies that enhance labor efficiency and improve quality of life has increased. Exoskeleton robots, advanced wearable devices, can replace or enhance user limb functions and are widely applied in medical rehabilitation, industrial assistance, and care. This research first analyzes the development background and trends of the exoskeleton robot industry and then examines market demand and technological advancements in various application areas. The study investigates how exoskeleton robots can develop their supply chain relationships, drawing from the ecosystem of industrial robots. F Technology Company, as the first enterprise in Taiwan to independently develop and manufacture exoskeleton robots, has carved a niche in the industry through technological innovation and market strategies. The research employs value net analysis, innovation strategy analysis, core competence analysis, as well as Porter's Five Forces and SWOT analysis, to dissect the competitive advantages and challenges faced by F Technology Company in the exoskeleton robot industry. The findings reveal that the development of exoskeleton robots not only relies on technological advancement but also necessitates close collaborations with suppliers, partners, and customers to collectively promote industrial development and market expansion. Exoskeleton robots can adopt the ecosystem model of industrial robots, integrating resources upstream and downstream, enhancing product performance and service quality, and achieving dual innovation in technology and business models to gradually build a competitive and sustainable ecosystem. F Technology Company, by integrating resources and improving product performance and service quality, provides valuable experience and reference for other companies. Finally, the thesis proposes future development strategies and recommendations for exoskeleton robots in the Taiwanese market, emphasizing the importance of technological innovation, industry collaboration, and market promotion. This research hopes to serve as a reference for the development of Taiwan's exoskeleton robot industry and enhance its market competitiveness and influence.
