| zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | Objective: The National Health Insurance Administration established the "My Health Bank" system in September 2014, providing individuals with access to their medical records and health information. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, it offers services such as name-based mask registration, vaccination records, and test results. It has become a widely used government digital service among the public. However, as the pandemic subsides, the number of "My Health Bank" users has significantly decreased. Promoting the effective use of "My Health Bank" as a tool for health management has become an important task. This study aims to understand the factors influencing the usage of "My Health Bank" among the public and includes incentives for using the system. The findings serve as references for future government policies and service improvements related to promoting "My Health Bank".
Method: The questionnaire survey was conducted from 7 June 2023 to 7 July 2023, with participants aged over 20 who had used the "My Health Bank" application as the research subjects. A total of 805 questionnaires were returned, with 803 valid responses received, resulting in a recovery rate of 99.7%. The independent variables in this study include information sources and incentives, while the dependent variables include the intention to adopt and recommend "My Health Bank". Logistic regression analysis will be employed to estimate these variables. Results: During the COVID-19 epidemic, 49.7% of people used "My Health Bank" more than 5 times, while 67.7% of people didn't use it after the pandemic subsided. Reasons for non-use include lack of demand, complex systems, and insufficient knowledge. Sources of information for "My Health Bank" include the internet, TV news, and communication among colleagues. The most attractive motivations for action are economic incentives, followed by improved system functions, interpersonal influence, and publicity activities. Colleagues sharing information positively influenced the attitude toward using "My Health Bank" (OR=1.701). Information shared by family or colleagues has a positive impact on the intention to recommend it (OR values of 1.766 and 2.295). In terms of incentives, medical professional recommendations, point accumulation for rewards, free physical examination, and functional improvements positively influenced the attitude toward using it (OR values of 2.462, 2.317, 1.517, and 2.314). Medical professional recommendations, point accumulation for rewards, and functional improvements also positively influenced the intention to recommend it (OR values of 1.917, 2.045, and 1.808). Conclusion: In the post-pandemic era, promoting the widespread adoption and utilization of "My Health Bank", it is advisable to implement diverse promotional strategies. This includes optimizing system functions, cooperating with different organizations, providing economic incentives, and encouraging social sharing to ensure that "My Health Bank" can fully realize its potential value and benefit more people. | en |
