摘要: | 工業革命後全球積極發展各項生產製造,人類大規模消耗地球天然資源及石化燃料,並燃燒廢棄物將大量二氧化碳排放到大氣中,引發全球暖化。我國為達成2050淨零減碳之目標其中如何減少基礎建設項目(如土木建築工程)所產生的高碳排放並持續推動工程,是營建領域專業人士必須面對的課題,只有制定並實施有效的減碳策略,才能實現目標。
大型鋼構或預鑄構件等特殊營建工程相繼而生,更多高層、超高量體設計案逐漸出現。由於國內大環境面臨缺工缺料等情況,及相關營建法規與市場上對低碳排的要求,如何滿足成本考量、工程進度與低碳排量將為關鍵議題。 本研究將利用國內外的研究成果與相關資料,結合平衡計分卡四大主構面、專案管理13學門子構面等因素,運用平衡計分卡,建立預判決策因子,擬訂問卷,與負責統包工程決策、計畫與執行之各層級專家進行訪談,透過 AHP 層級分析法,探討影響工程統包設計關鍵因素、權重及預先防制與管理的作法,再藉由專家訪談建立績效評量指標,並導入施工中某國營事業之地下二層,地上六層之工業廠房案例,分析不同設計方案(場鑄、預鑄、鋼構)策略與預估碳排量,透過實例工地減碳設計策略之研析,將作為未來新建工程執行減碳策略成效之參據,進而提升整體工程進度與品質。 After the Industrial Revolution, the world actively pursued the development of various production and manufacturing industries. This led to the large-scale consumption of Earth's natural resources and fossil fuels, and the burning of waste, which released massive amounts of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, triggering global warming. To achieve the goal of net-zero carbon emissions by 2050, a key challenge for professionals in the construction industry is to find ways to reduce the high carbon emissions generated by infrastructure projects (such as civil engineering and construction) while continuing to advance these projects. Only by formulating and implementing effective carbon reduction strategies can this goal be realized. The rise of special construction projects involving large steel structures or precast components, as well as the increasing number of high-rise and supermassive designs, highlights the importance of this issue. Due to the challenges of labor and material shortages in the domestic market, as well as the increasing demands from construction regulations and the market for low-carbon emissions, how to balance cost considerations, project schedules, and low-carbon outputs will become critical topics. This research will leverage domestic and international research findings and related data, combining the four major perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard and the 13 sub-domains of project management. The Balanced Scorecard will be used to establish pre-decision factors and formulate a questionnaire for interviews with experts at various levels responsible for decision-making, planning, and execution of turnkey projects. Through the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), this study will explore key factors, weights, and preventive and management practices affecting turnkey project design. Additionally, expert interviews will be conducted to establish performance evaluation indicators, followed by the introduction of a case study involving a two-level underground and six-story above-ground industrial plant of a state-owned enterprise. This case will analyze different design strategies (in-situ casting, precasting, steel structures) and estimate carbon emissions. The analysis of carbon reduction design strategies in this case study will serve as a reference for the effectiveness of carbon reduction strategies in future construction projects, thereby enhancing overall project progress and quality. |
