半導體產業的綠色供應鏈平台策略研究

Abstract

半導體產業在面對日益嚴峻的環境、社會及治理（ESG）議題壓力下，供應鏈管理的每一環節都變得至關重要。其中，物流運輸管理作為供應鏈的重要組成部分，對於實現可持續發展目標尤為關鍵。然而，過往研究中對半導體產業的精實物流系統討論甚少，使得該領域內的潛在改進空間未被充分探索和利用。 目前的半導體產業供應鏈涵蓋人流、物流、設備流、資訊流和金流五大構面，每一構面都隱藏著大量的浪費與潛在風險。例如，人流和物流環節中可能存在不必要的運輸路徑和重複操作，設備流中設備的閒置與低效利用，資訊流中的信息不對稱和傳遞延遲，金流中的資金周轉效率低下等問題，都對供應鏈的綜合效率和環境造成不利影響。 本研究旨在通過精實物流和平台策略的結合，探討如何在半導體產業供應鏈中實現綠色供應鏈管理目標。

Under the increasing pressure of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues, every aspect of supply chain management in the semiconductor industry has become critically important. Logistics and transportation management, as a crucial component of the supply chain, is particularly vital for achieving sustainable development goals. However, past research has seldom discussed lean logistics systems in the semiconductor industry, leaving potential areas for improvement underexplored and underutilized. The current semiconductor industry supply chain encompasses five main dimensions: human flow, logistics, equipment flow, information flow, and financial flow. Each dimension harbors significant waste and potential risks. For example, unnecessary transportation routes and redundant operations in human and logistics flows, idle and inefficient use of equipment in equipment flow, information asymmetry and transmission delays in information flow, and low efficiency in capital turnover in financial flow, all negatively impact the overall efficiency and environmental sustainability of the supply chain. This study aims to explore how to achieve green supply chain management goals in the semiconductor industry by integrating lean logistics and platform strategies.
